Bar Staff Package


Our Bar Staff Package includes:
  • ​​2 x friendly, experienced bar staff
  • 6 hours of standard* bar service for up to 100 guests​
  • Wine glasses, flutes and tumblers for bar service
  • Dispenser for water, ice bucket, bar tools, drink tubs.
  • Staff will arrive at least 30 minutes before service starts to set up your bar, and will tidy up after service ends​
  • Travel within a 60km radius of Coromandel Town​
  • $ 1,500 ​
Notes:
  • *Standard service includes wine, beer, RTDs & non-alcoholic beverages.
  •  Let us know if you are planning to serve extra top shelf options as this may require more glassware &/or bar staff.
  • Need more than 6 hours service? Extra time can be added on at $130 per hour.
  • You'll need to provide chilled drinks, a bar, ice and any required garnishes.
  • ​​Near the end of our service hours, we will switch out our glassware for disposable ecoware glasses, which are made from plants and better for our environment than old school disposable glasses.
  • The glassware included in the package is for bar service, table glassware is available as an Add On.
  • If table service is required, we may need to bring an extra staff member.​
  • Need a small stand alone bar inside the marquee or event space? We have one available for hire.  
  • We offer a 10% discount on local bookings including Coromandel Town and further north: Colville, Kennedy Bay, Port Jackson, Port Charles, Sandy Bay, Waitete Bay,  Amodeo Bay, Tuateawa...
