Need a vintage caravan bar at your Coromandel event? Of course you do, & we'd love to be there !

All Speakeasy packages include the following:
- Speakeasy, our 1965 vintage caravan bar
- 2 Bar Staff including a qualified & experienced bar manager - we have the skills and tactics to help manage any unruly guests!
- Travel within a 60km radius of Coromandel Town
- Set up & pack down
- Ice, ice, ice: salt ice to keep drinks chilled & party ice for in the drinks!
- Caravan styling to suit your theme
- Our Hydration Station (white or natural wood, your choice) with two pretty water dispensers filled with iced water & fruit infused water
- A just-in-case 3m x 3m white gazebo that fits over the bar hatch
- 2 Lawn Games - choose from Yardzee, Jenga, Kubb or Ring Toss (Scroll down for images)
- Labeled bins for rubbish & recycling (note: we can't take it away but we will leave it bagged and tidy)
- *Standard service includes wine, beer, RTDs & non-alcoholic beverages. Let us know if you are planning to serve top shelf options as this may require more glassware, ice, or bar staff.

- We can provide glassware for the tables if required. Check our Add On Options for more info. The glassware included in our packages is for service from the Baravan.
- Check out our Hire Items, there's a pretty cool freezer cart for desserts, a cute coffee cart, a free standing bar, a gorgeous two tap keg bar & some flower walls.
- Travel outside 60 kms of Coromandel Town is $2.50 per km. Overnight charges may be applied depending on the distance.
- Service hours beyond the specified hours are $ 150 per hour.
- Near the end of our service hours, we will switch out our glassware for disposable ecoware glasses, which are made from plants and better for our environment than old school disposable glasses.
- We offer a 10% discount on local bookings including Coromandel Town and further north: Colville, Kennedy Bay, Port Jackson, Port Charles, Sandy Bay, Waitete Bay, Amodeo Bay, Tuateawa...

Absolutely awesome, a must have if you want to add a touch of class to your event. Excellent communication, it was so reassuring to know we could leave it all up to them to set up & start serving our guests when requested, couldn't fault a thing. Exceptional.

We had the most incredible wedding! You guys were the best, amazing service and our guests had a blast... You can't have a wedding in the Coromandel without the Caravan Bar. Can't recommend highly enough.

Coromandel Caravan Bar came to my wedding this weekend and served over 80 guests. Their service was professional and very friendly. They suited our relaxed beach wedding and kept our guests extra hydrated with water that was beautifully set up and unexpected. The caravan was decorated perfectly and communication before and after the event I couldn't fault.

Great service and communication from booking to the day. Jemima is super lovely and made having a DIY wedding in terms of the bar setup a breeze! Caravan looks super cute too.

We used Coromandel Caravan Bar for our wedding in Kuaotunu & we cannot recommend them enough. We also booked their Keg Bar which was a hit with our guests. Nothing was too much. From setting up on the beach for our after ceremony toast to staying later to keep the party going these guys were amazing.

Jemima & her amazing team provided the most awesome service for our wedding. Happy, friendly staff that were so accommodating & going above & beyond what we'd ever imagined on the day!! We used Coromandel Caravan Bar for our wedding. It was a last minute decision for us to book a bar, but we are so glad we did! Jemima was very easy to deal with and the set up on our day was perfect! They set up with no issues and stayed an extra few hours for us which was amazing. Highly recommended their service 🙂 The caravan is absolutely gorgeous as well and fit into our decor.
